Business Secretary

Education / Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • Certification or diploma in Secretarial Practice / Office Administration will be an added
    advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and maintain official correspondence and documents
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Maintain records and confidential documents
  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes of meetings (MoM)
  • Coordinate with departments for execution of instructions
  • Handle office coordination and vendor communication
  • Ensure professionalism and confidentiality

Job Responsibilities / Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as Business Secretary or Executive Secretary
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office
