Education / Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Certification or diploma in Secretarial Practice / Office Administration will be an added
advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and maintain official correspondence and documents
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Maintain records and confidential documents
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes of meetings (MoM)
- Coordinate with departments for execution of instructions
- Handle office coordination and vendor communication
- Ensure professionalism and confidentiality
Job Responsibilities / Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as Business Secretary or Executive Secretary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office
